Frank P. Arnone

Frank's practice emphasizes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has extensive experience working on complex transactions in a wide range of industry sectors. He also provides ongoing advice on securities law, stock exchange compliance,corporate governance and other corporate matters to a wide variety of issuer, underwriter and private equity clients.

Frank has written extensively on a wide variety of topics, including corporate governance, and taught the securities regulation course at the Faculty of Law at Queen's University from 1996 to 2001. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the following publications:
