Hentie Dirker

Regional Compliance Officer, Siemens Canada Limited

As the Regional Compliance Officer, Dr. Hentie Dirker is responsible for compliance matters for Siemens in Canada. The compliance program is an overarching corporate initiative, implemented to ensure that employees, business partners, suppliers and other stakeholders act in accordance with the laws, internal rules and regulations for business conduct, and actively contribute to a culture of transparency, personal accountability and responsible decision-making.

Dr. Dirker began his career with Siemens in 1993 and has held various management positions in the Power Generation and Automation & Drives groups. Prior to joining Siemens Canada, Dr. Dirker was Deputy Regional Compliance Officer for Siemens South Africa.

Dr. Dirker holds an Electrical and Electronic Degree in Engineering as well as a Masters Degree in Engineering Management (focusing on Project Management). He recently finalized his Doctoral studies in Engineering Management.
