Hilary Randall-Grace

Chief Ethics Officer and Director Risk Management, National Quality & Risk Management, Deloitte & Touche LLP

As Chief Ethics Officer, Hilary has responsibility for Deloitte & Touche LLP Canada's National Ethics Program. Hilary, a strong proponent of cultural risk management, developed and implemented the program. She also works closely with Firm Leaders in terms of implementing Risk Intelligence within Deloitte. Prior to this position, Hilary was with Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services - Risk Management Consulting and Regulatory Services. Hilary provided internal audit, risk management and governance consulting services to a portfolio of large and mid-size clients in all industries. Directly prior to joining Deloitte Hilary was Chief Audit Executive for major North American Life Insurance company and previous to that, she held positions in Internal Audit at CIBC and RBC. Hilary is a member of the Conference Board of Canada - Corporate Ethics Management Council and the Strategic Risk Council. She is a frequent speaker on topics relating to Risk Management & Ethics.
