Howard Kaufman

Counsel, Fasken Martineau DuMuoulin LLP

Howard Kaufman is Counsel at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, he has a primary focus on client services including building new corporate client relationships and enhancing existing ones in all the Firm's Canadian offices. Howard joined the firm in April 2001, having retired as Vice-President, Legal & External Affairs and Secretary of Xerox Canada Inc. after a successful 24-year career with that company. Prior to Xerox, Howard had a corporate/commercial practice with a well-regarded Montreal-based law firm. Howard has lectured extensively and continues to do so on a variety of substantive legal matters, law department management, environmental matters and ethics issues. From 1997 to 2000 he was guest lecturer on "Ethics and the Corporation" at Concordia University's Executive MBA program.
