Christopher Montague

Executive VP & General Counsel, TD Bank Financial Group

Christopher Montague is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at the Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD). Prior to joining TD in 1998 as the company's Senior Vice President, Compliance, Chris was a Partner at the law firm McCarthy Tétrault where he had practised since 1979. He completed his undergraduate studies in Engineering Physics at Queen's University before studying law at Osgoode Hall. In addition to EthicsCentre, Chris has been a member of the Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Toronto and is currently on the Major Individual Giving Cabinet.
