Flip Oberth is President of Flipside Solutions Inc., a workplace investigative, consulting and management training firm based in Toronto with clients in the private, public and education sectors. Flip's expertise in workplace issues, conflict resolution and business ethics also includes 20 years of human resources and strategic consulting in Ontario Hydro, Ontario Power Generation and Hydro One. She holds a Masters in International Relations from the University of Toronto, post-graduate certification in education and an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Business. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a graduate of the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the Rotman School of Management.
